Tailored Solutions
Now that we’ve nailed down our Philosophy, now let us qualify what we mean by it.
MEASURE > DESIGN > FIT > MAKE > EXPLAIN
- Step One: Measure
First of all we’ll sit down with you and find out what you want to achieve, and what budget you want to work within. We’ll let you know what we think - if it can’t be done we’ll explain why, and we’ll make suggestions on how we can go forward. It’s all about options - websites can be “techy” but you can rely on us keeping it simple, using plain english and showing you all of our cards, all of the time.
Once we’ve made sure we’re both on the same page in terms of the aims of the project, and the cost restrictions, we’ll move on to the next stage.
- Step Two: Design
We’ll go away and knock up a concept for you - depending on our initial chat this is most likely going be a demo site that you alone can visit to check out - this would evolve into an ongoing consultation - we’d find out what you like, and what you don’t and we’ll go away and tweak away until we’ve got all your boxes ticked.
- Step Three: Fit
This will be the final stage of the traditional design stage, where we will present as much as possible the final product to you - and make sure it fits with you. At this stage we’ll be able to confirm the final stages of budgets, and provide you with a timescale for the finished product.
- Step Four: Make
We’ll go away and “put the cherry on the top” Your agreed, signed off design will be implemented, and we’ll help support any marketing activity you have asked us to provide within budget to launch the new website.
- Step Five: Explain
Your Burton’s suit might come with a care label, but at the Saville Row of webdesigners we won’t leave you with a confusing set of symbols and the address of your nearest dry cleaners. Depending on the complexity of the site that we nailed down at step one - we’ll show you how to use the features we’ve installed. We’ll be on call as well, so if a day, a week or even three months down the line your not sure - the experts are on hand to help.
